Can anybody buy from FUN CREATIONS?
We are open to the public and anybody can buy from us.

Do you organize, co-ordinate and/or set up parties?
No we don’t. We are a shop that sells party products.

What are your business hours?
Usually we are open Mondays to Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00 Most Saturdays we are open 08:30 to 12:00, doors close at 11:45
Sundays and most public holidays we are CLOSED.You are welcome to phone us on 012 326 1083 to double-check on our business hours.
 
Do you rent out things such as cake pans, tables, chairs, covers etc?
No we don’t.

Do you deliver?
No we don’t deliver but we do make use of the Post Office Speed Service or Fastway courier service to certain areas. You are also welcome to make use of your own courier service. It is advisable to place orders that needs to be posted or couriered well before your party day as it sometimes might happen that there could be delays with the delivery of parcels.

How do I track or trace my parcel?
When a parcel is send via the Post Office Speed Service or Fastway courier we will SMS you a tracking number and their respective toll free phone numbers.Once a parcel has been handed in at the Post Office or collected by the courier,That parcel is out of our hands and we do not have control over it. You can track or trace such a parcel by phoning the provided number.
 
Do you ship International?
For all orders outside the RSA you need to arrange your own courier or other delivery system.

How do I place an order?
ALL orders must be faxed (012 326 1083) or send SMS to 071 494 7667 or 082 759 5591.Please note that we DO NOT accept telephone orders.When you place an order we will notify you what the total cost of your order will be. We must receive your full payment AND PROOF of payment within 12 hours of placing your order. NB! We do NOT keep items for longer than 12 hours unless it has been paid for. It is advisable to place order well before your actual party day as it sometimes happens that certain items might be temporally out of stock.

What is your exchange policy?
We DO NOT make any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that what you buy is what you want. Also make sure about the quantity of items that you need for your party.Seeing that most of the products that we sell are “disposable” products we DO NOT exchange, return or refund any products, even if they haven’t been used.
